Everything we sell is manufactured by hand in our shop, located in Straits, N.C. We use quality materials, purchased directly from the mills or from recognized industry suppliers. Whether we’re measuring a custom product for your vessel or assembling a cost-saving “stock” item for a popular make of boat, you benefit from the same standard of craftmanship and professionalism.
We’re also a full-service frame shop, manufacturing products with stainless steel tubing selected based on the job, the weight, and the desired function.

Tops
Boat tops provide comfort and relief from the sun, shelter from the elements and efficiency for all. We offer, two-, three- or four-bow stainless steel frames, with 7/8″ to 1″ stainless steel tubing and stainless steel hardware, and acrylic or non-acrylic (Stamoid, etc.) fabrics.
Tops can be designed with added length and height, zippered pockets, quick-release hinges, slide tracks and struts. Boots can be added to protect them, recovers can be done, and for some tops, life-jacket holders and wire chases can be added.
Enclosures

Protection on the water. Comfort for fall, winter, spring boating. Small- to full-cover protection. Panels for use in varied forms. Front, sides, back curtains. Moonies in front or all of glass panels. Can do overcut zippers, roll-ups or fold-ups, cutouts for radio box, rod holders, ladders, etc. Velcro flaps for protection, acrylic or non-acrylic (Stamoid, etc.) fabrics, 30 or 40 extruded and 40g sheet glass and O’Sea/Strataglass coated glass.
Covers
Covers are protection for your boating investment. Most covers are acrylic fabrics to allow for breathability and less mold and mildew. Some are non-acrylic (Stamoid, etc.) where cleanability and compact storage size are paramount.
We can cover anything and everything! Overall covers held onto trailer with neoprene rope.

Cushions
Cushions are the most individually designed and priced products we make. There is a wide variety of options to provide comfort, efficiency, design needs and the look desired.
Many options in: foams, fabrics, cushion shapes and structure, welt or no welt, types of cushions from simple to hinged, curved, rolled, shaped, multi-use, stripes or shapes inserted, pleat and roll fabrics, etc.
