Our staff is a working family, several having been with us for many years. They are outstanding and recognized by industry peers with over 40 industry awards for craftsmanship and design.
Jerry Bondarchuk heads our marine exteriors department. Jer has been doing marine canvas since he was 16 years old in NY (and we will not say how many years ago that was!). He has been with us for all but 6 months of our 30+ year history. He is an industry leader in exterior canvas craftsmanship, design, and problem solving. He and Michael have led many industry workshops on fabrication techniques and methods.
Jenny Chadwick heads our soft products (cushions and interiors) department. A seamstress of great skill and creativity, she has been with us for 15+ years. She leads a department creating OEM prototypes for boat builders with new designs and maximum efficiency, which then become orders of quantity from 10 -500 at a time. Along with that they creatively design one-at-a-time custom work specific for each customer’s needs, budget, and wishes. Whether you need one or 500, she can get you there! They have also won the cherished industry awards that make them smile.
Together with the Sassers they lead a crew that produces outstanding industry-recognized quality products we are so proud to have represent us in the boating world.
